1. PROGRAM OVERVIEW
The RewardLion Affiliate and Power Partner Program allows qualified individuals and businesses to earn commissions by referring new clients to RewardLion Business Solutions. This Agreement governs your participation in the program.
By enrolling in the program, you agree to promote RewardLion's products and services ethically, accurately, and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
2. ELIGIBILITY AND ENROLLMENT
The affiliate program is open to individuals and businesses who meet RewardLion's eligibility criteria. We reserve the right to accept or reject any application at our sole discretion.
Power Partners, Sales Consultants, and CAPSS (Certified AI-Powered Solution Specialist) team members may be eligible for enhanced commission structures and additional benefits as outlined in their specific program agreements.
You must provide accurate and complete information during enrollment. Misrepresentation of your identity, qualifications, or business may result in immediate termination from the program.
3. COMMISSION STRUCTURE
Affiliates earn commissions on qualified referrals that result in paid subscriptions to RewardLion products and services. Commission rates, payment schedules, and qualifying criteria are outlined in your affiliate dashboard.
Commissions are calculated based on the net revenue generated by referred clients, excluding taxes, refunds, chargebacks, and promotional discounts. Recurring commissions may apply for ongoing subscriptions.
RewardLion reserves the right to modify commission rates with 30 days' written notice. Changes will not affect commissions already earned on existing referrals.
Commissions are paid on a monthly basis, subject to a minimum payout threshold. Payment methods include direct deposit, wire transfer, or other methods as specified in your affiliate dashboard.
4. PROMOTIONAL GUIDELINES
Affiliates must promote RewardLion products and services accurately and in good faith. You may not make false, misleading, or exaggerated claims about our products, pricing, results, or guarantees.
You may not use RewardLion's trademarks, logos, or brand assets without prior written approval. Approved marketing materials are available through your affiliate dashboard.
Affiliates may not engage in spam, unsolicited communications, or any promotional method that violates applicable laws, including the CAN-SPAM Act, TCPA, or FTC guidelines.
You may not bid on RewardLion branded keywords in paid search campaigns or create websites that could be confused with official RewardLion properties without prior written consent.
5. TERMINATION
Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time with 30 days' written notice. RewardLion may terminate your participation immediately for violations of this Agreement or conduct that harms our brand or reputation.
Upon termination, you must cease all promotional activities and remove all RewardLion marketing materials from your channels. Earned but unpaid commissions will be paid according to the regular payment schedule.
RewardLion reserves the right to withhold or claw back commissions earned through fraudulent, deceptive, or prohibited promotional methods.
