These AI Terms supplement our general Terms and Conditions and specifically address the use, limitations, and responsibilities associated with AI-powered features across all RewardLion products and services.

RewardLion's AI tools generate content including ad copy, social media posts, email campaigns, blog articles, SEO metadata, chatbot responses, and marketing recommendations. While our AI is trained to produce high-quality, relevant content, you are ultimately responsible for reviewing and approving all AI-generated content before publication.

AI-generated content may not always be accurate, complete, or appropriate for your specific context. You should review all AI outputs for factual accuracy, legal compliance, brand alignment, and suitability before use.

You retain ownership of AI-generated content created using your data and within your RewardLion account. RewardLion retains the right to use anonymized and aggregated AI interaction data to improve our models and services.

AI Assistants Pro provides AI-powered chatbots and voice agents that interact with your customers on your behalf. You are responsible for configuring these agents with accurate information and ensuring their responses comply with applicable consumer protection laws.

AI chatbots and voice agents must clearly identify themselves as AI-powered when interacting with consumers, in compliance with applicable disclosure requirements. RewardLion provides built-in disclosure mechanisms that should not be disabled.

You are responsible for monitoring AI agent interactions and addressing any customer complaints or issues that arise from automated communications. RewardLion provides conversation logs and analytics to facilitate oversight.

AI Ads Pro uses machine learning algorithms to optimize advertising campaigns across multiple platforms. While our AI aims to maximize performance, we do not guarantee specific results, conversion rates, or return on ad spend.

AI-powered advertising optimization involves automated bid adjustments, audience targeting, creative testing, and budget allocation. You maintain control over campaign budgets, targeting parameters, and content approval through your RewardLion OS dashboard.

RewardLion's AI advertising tools comply with the advertising policies of major platforms including Google, Meta, and other networks. However, you are responsible for ensuring your advertising content and practices comply with all applicable laws and platform policies.

RewardLion's AI features process your business data, customer data, and campaign data to deliver personalized optimization and recommendations. All AI data processing is subject to our Privacy Policy and Privacy & Security policy.

Your data is processed in isolated environments and is not shared across client accounts. We do not use your proprietary business data to train general-purpose AI models available to other clients.

You may request information about how AI decisions are made regarding your campaigns and customer interactions. RewardLion provides transparency tools and explainability features within the platform.

AI technology is continuously evolving, and RewardLion's AI features are provided "as is" without guarantees of specific outcomes. AI predictions, recommendations, and optimizations are based on available data and algorithms that may not account for all variables.

RewardLion is not liable for losses, damages, or missed opportunities resulting from AI-generated recommendations, automated actions, or chatbot interactions. You should maintain human oversight of all critical business decisions.

We reserve the right to update, modify, or retrain our AI models at any time to improve performance, accuracy, and safety. Such updates may affect the behavior of AI features within your account.

You agree to use RewardLion's AI features responsibly and ethically. You may not use our AI tools to generate deceptive content, discriminate against protected groups, manipulate consumers, or engage in any activity that violates applicable laws or ethical standards.
