1. APPLICATION SCOPE
This App Policy governs your use of all RewardLion mobile applications, including the RewardLion Learning Center (available on Apple App Store and Google Play Store), and any future mobile applications developed by RewardLion Business Solutions.
By downloading, installing, or using any RewardLion mobile application, you agree to be bound by this App Policy in addition to our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.
2. ACCOUNT AND ACCESS
You must have a valid RewardLion account to access most features of our mobile applications. Your app login credentials are the same as your RewardLion OS web platform credentials.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your mobile device and account credentials. Enable device-level security features such as passcode, biometric authentication, or face recognition to protect your account.
RewardLion may require you to update the app to the latest version to continue using our services. We recommend enabling automatic updates to ensure you have the latest features and security patches.
3. PERMITTED USE
Our mobile applications are provided for your personal and business use in connection with your RewardLion subscription. You may not redistribute, reverse engineer, decompile, or modify our applications.
You may not use our applications to access or collect data from other users' accounts, interfere with the app's functionality, or circumvent any security measures or access controls.
Content accessed through our applications, including training materials, courses, and resources in the RewardLion Learning Center, is protected by copyright and may not be reproduced, distributed, or shared without authorization.
4. PUSH NOTIFICATIONS AND COMMUNICATIONS
Our mobile applications may send push notifications for important updates, new content, campaign alerts, and promotional messages. You can manage notification preferences in your device settings or within the app.
By enabling notifications, you consent to receiving time-sensitive alerts related to your campaigns, AI optimization results, and CAPSS team communications.
5. DATA COLLECTION ON MOBILE
Our mobile applications may collect device information, location data (with your permission), usage analytics, and crash reports to improve app performance and user experience.
Camera and microphone access may be requested for specific features such as SmileVisionPro.ai dental imaging or video communication with your CAPSS team. These permissions are optional and can be revoked at any time.
